Service Description

Join Tara and Melanie for another fun afternoon of weaving! Come unwind with us on Sunday, November 17th, from 1-4 pm for part two of our Intro to Weaving workshop. During this afternoon, Tara Morris, the talented landscape weaver behind @weavemebe, will help you build on what you've already learnt in part 1 and teach you a few new tricks to create a unique and self guided creation. Unlike part 1, there are no kits to chose from, however yarn from a colour palette similar to the one pictured here will be provided. Please feel free to bring your loom, or you may borrow one of ours. If you borrow one of our looms however, please note you will have to finish your project before you leave, as you will not be able to leave with it. Our weaving workshops are a collaboration between landscape weaver Tara Morris of @weavemebe and small batch yarn dyer Melanie Brisson of @ravelutionyarn. Fuelled by a passion for fibre, a shared desire for community, and a yearning to pass on the skills to create beautiful art, this light hearted and creative partnership seeks to engage, inspire, and bring together anyone with an appreciation for the fibre arts. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 2 full days notice in order to issue a full refund (not including processing fees). Materials are all purchased ahead of time. We appreciate your understanding.
